How to Prepare for Your Brazilian Wax

Not sure what to do before your first Brazilian Wax? Here’s a check list:

• Please allow 4 weeks of growth. This will maximize the amount of hair being removed.  I know, it can be annoying to grow out your hair, but it serves as more bang for your buck. The trick to managing this is to use your trimmer.
• Please use your trimmer. You need to know how long it takes to grow out your hair so I can wax it. I only need a 1/4 of an inch, or the size of a grain of rice. The longer the hair, the more painful.
• Please ask me anything. Trust me, I’ve heard (and seen) everything.
• Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Then top it off with a good moisturizer.
• Wear loose pants or a skirt the day you come in for your wax.
• Panties:  Think granny panties! Nothing lacy. No g-strings. Nothing tight, please. You definitely want to avoid friction.
• Speaking of friction: please don’t plan on any kind of friskiness for 24 hours. Your partner can look but can’t touch.
• No swimming pools, oceans or saunas for 24 hours
• No rivers, hot tubs, or lakes for 48 hours.
• I will email you a list of do’s and don’ts.
